Elizabeth “Media Lizzy” Blackney defines the 21st Century Gen Xer. After leaving the three-ring circus of electoral politics in 2006, she developed a plan to highlight new voices of her generation. She encourages debate wherever she lands, and her coverage of foreign affairs, military affairs and American politics at the federal level is informed by more than a dozen years of working closely with news makers, industry icons and opinion leaders. Her first book, Sex Lies & Politricks, was released in Spring 2007. Her next book, Unwitnessed Events: Diary of a Political Affair will be a fiction release in Winter 2009.What Lizzy wants you to know: “I’m just a girl.”
